Delivery and Payment


Customer pickup

The buyer can receive the ordered goods from the online shop, after selecting the appropriate delivery method when placing the order and approval of the order details by the shop manager.

The Buyer will be informed by message when the order is ready for pickup and can pick up his/her order at the address:

Delivery in Ukraine

Online shop delivers orders within Ukraine through the most common carrier services, in particular:

  • Nova Poshta
  • InTime
  • Meest Express
  • Delivery
  • SAT

Purchased goods can be delivered both to the office of the delivery operator, and by courier to the address specified by the Buyer.

After sending the order, the manager sends the number of the delivery bill to the Buyer, which can be used to track the transportation of the order online. As soon as the order arrives at the office, the Buyer will receive a notification from the delivery service or a call from the courier (subject to delivery to the address).

Pay attention: the cost of delivery is not included to the order amount. Delivery services are paid separately, directly upon receipt of the goods. The approximate cost of delivery can be estimated by consulting the manager of the online shop, or directly with the carrier.

Delivery abroad

Delivery of goods outside of Ukraine is discussed with the manager of the shop individually.


Buyer can make a payment for purchased goods in the online shop in any way convenient for him/her:

Cash on Delivery

Buyer can pay for the order in cash upon receipt at the delivery service office or from the courier after checking the goods.

In this case, the delivery service may take an additional fee for accepting payment.

By transfer to PrivatBank card

After agreeing the details of the order with the online shop manager, the Buyer is sent the number of the bank card to which the transfer should be made. After receipt and confirmation of payment, the order will be transferred to the delivery service.
